Personal Strength Training at Ultimate Strength is one to one, supervised, and brief: a single forty-five-minute session a week on MedX, Nautilus and Cybex equipment, following High Intensity Training (HIT) - a slow, controlled, one-to-one strength protocol, distinct from HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
We do not have a Hampstead Garden Suburb branch. There is one studio, on East End Road in East Finchley. For most NW11 clients, the drive is shorter than the warm-up at a conventional gym, and parking is reliable in a way central Hampstead is not.

In spite of an ongoing back problem for the past thirty years, strength training has benefitted me enormously. Yoram is a dedicated and inspiring trainer who instills confidence and the desire to improve and meet new challenges. Best of all, it is a form of training that has no age barrier, and can be continued in later life, keeping us toned and strong.

From the Suburb, the quickest route is south on Hampstead Way to Falloden Way (A1), then left through Henlys Corner and east on East End Road. The studio is on the right, about half a mile past the junction. The journey is reliable outside Henlys Corner peak hours.
Clients also come from Golders Green (NW11) , East Finchley (N2) , Finchley (N3) and Muswell Hill (N10) . The most-requested service is Lower Back Rehabilitation ; the training method page covers the protocol in detail.
