Personal Strength Training at Ultimate Strength is one to one, supervised, and brief: a single forty-five-minute session a week on MedX, Nautilus and Cybex equipment, following High Intensity Training (HIT) - a slow, controlled, one-to-one strength protocol, distinct from HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
We do not have a Golders Green branch. There is one studio, on East End Road in East Finchley. For most NW11 clients the 102 bus is the easiest route: it runs directly along East End Road and stops within fifty metres of the studio door.
Golders Green clients fall into the same groups as elsewhere across our catchment, with a local skew towards an older demographic and an active medical-recommendation pipeline through NW11 GPs and physiotherapists.
Several Golders Green clients arrive on the recommendation of a local osteopath, physiotherapist or GP. Clinician recommendations are always welcome - mention them when you enquire.
I have been training with Yoram for about ten years and he’s the only trainer that has made me feel obligated to attend his sessions. And that is because I could see such a difference in my stamina and strength - and also because I have managed to drop a dress size. I have to admit that I don’t always want to train, but then I leave feeling revitalised, and know it’s been so worthwhile.

From Golders Green Road, take Hoop Lane east to Finchley Road, then continue east on Falloden Way (A1) through Henlys Corner. Turn left onto East End Road and continue for about half a mile; the studio is on the right, marked by a small brass plate. The route is reliable outside Henlys Corner peak hours.
Clients also come from Hampstead Garden Suburb (NW11) , Finchley (N3) and East Finchley (N2) . The most-requested service is Lower Back Rehabilitation ; the training method page covers the protocol in detail.
