Arrange a first visit.

Send a short message and Yoram will be in touch within one working day. There is no booking agent, no marketing team, and no automated reply - every enquiry is read personally, usually within a few hours.

A first appointment is forty minutes: a walk-through of the studio, a conversation about your history, and a single calibration set on the machines. If, at the end, you would rather not return, there is no obligation to.

Anything you share is treated in confidence and never shared with third parties.

The training [at Ultimate Strength] is very much geared to individual needs, that means you can see results quickly and that helps motivation. Sessions are also organised so that you always feel you are making progress. Yoram is a very supportive trainer and really knows what he is doing which of course helps a lot.

A few questions we hear most often.

If you would prefer not to write a message until one of these is cleared up, the answers below cover the four queries that come up most. None of them need to be a barrier to enquiring.

01

Do I need a referral from a clinician?

No. Most clients come without one. If you do have a consultant or physiotherapist involved in your care, we are happy to liaise with them directly - but it is never a prerequisite.

02

I would rather phone than write. Is that fine?

Yes - call the number on the right during our opening hours. Yoram answers the studio line himself when not coaching, and returns voicemails the same day.

03

I am not sure my condition is appropriate.

Send a message anyway. The protocol has been used safely with disc issues, replaced joints, osteoporosis and post-cardiac recovery. If it is not the right fit, Yoram will say so honestly and, where possible, point you toward someone who is.

04

How long until I can be seen?

Usually within seven to ten days. We hold one or two introduction slots open most weeks and can sometimes accommodate sooner - particularly for clients arriving on a clinician's recommendation.
